If I reach my maximum exams for the year, what happens?
If you reach your maximum exams for the year, this will then default to the office fee; however, being in our plan means you will receive 15% off any in-house services including exams.

Can I cancel my plan?
The plan can only be cancelled if it has been unused for any service or discount at the practice. If it is cancelled within 6 months of purchase, 100% refund will be given. If it is cancelled over 6 months after purchase, 50% refund will be given.
