Not every patient has the same needs, and we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all first visit. To make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, we offer three appointment options for new patients. Take a look below and choose the one that fits your situation best. If you are not sure which is right for you, our team is always happy to help.
The Comprehensive One-on-One Visit
This is for you if you suspect there may be issues with your teeth or gums, if you have had difficult or uncomfortable past dental experiences, or if it has been over two years since your last dental checkup.
This visit gives us the chance to slow things down, get to know you, and focus entirely on understanding your concerns. You will receive any necessary X-rays, a one-on-one examination with Dr. Jeffrey E. Greenberg, and an honest conversation about what, if anything, needs to be addressed. If treatment is needed, we will work together to create a plan that fits both your health goals and your budget.
Please note: a cleaning is not guaranteed at this appointment. This visit is intentionally designed to give you and Dr. Greenberg the time and space to focus on the bigger picture first.
The Health and Wellness Visit
This is for you if you have no current dental concerns, you have been seeing a dentist regularly (at least twice a year), and you are simply looking to keep your oral health on track.
This visit includes any necessary X-rays, a professional cleaning, and a comprehensive exam by Dr. Greenberg. We will get you in, take great care of you, and set up your next six-month visit so you can get back to enjoying your day.
The Problem-Focused Visit
This is for you if you have one specific tooth or area that needs immediate attention.
This visit is focused entirely on your concern. You will receive any necessary X-rays, an examination of the area in question, and a clear conversation about your options. We will walk through the pros and cons together so you can make the decision that feels right for you.
Please note: treatment may not happen at this specific appointment. Our priority is making sure you fully understand the issue and feel confident in the path forward before any work begins.
New Patient Forms
Helping Make Your First Visit Simple and Stress-Free
After you schedule your appointment, we will send your new patient forms directly to you by text or email. Completing your forms promptly allows our team to better prepare for your visit and spend more time focusing on you, your concerns, and your questions once you arrive.
If you have any difficulty accessing or completing the forms, our team is always happy to assist.
Appointment Deposit
Why We Ask for a Small Deposit
To better serve our patients and protect the time set aside specifically for you, we collect a $55 appointment deposit when you book. This deposit is applied directly toward any recommended treatment or insurance copays at your visit, so it is not an extra cost.
We know that life happens, and we respect that. All we ask is a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will be applied to your account.
We have this policy because, as a small practice, last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it very difficult for us to continue providing the level of care our patients deserve. This policy helps us honor the time and preparation our team puts into every single visit, and it helps us maintain the trust between patient and provider that is at the heart of everything we do.
