About Us

Dr. Jeffrey Greenberg is the owner of Sweet Spot Dental and has been guiding patients toward healthy, radiant smiles since 2012. Known for his mix of empathy, realistic expectations, and humor, he creates a judgment-free environment where even the most anxious patients feel at ease. With a background in psychology, Dr. Greenberg uses unique techniques to help nervous patients relax.

Originally from Long Island, Dr. Greenberg graduated from SUNY-Albany and Tufts School of Dental Medicine, where he previously served as adjunct faculty teaching critical communication skills. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Academy of Clear Aligners, and the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Now living in Salem, MA, with his husband Fred and their Basset Hound, Lyla, Dr. Greenberg enjoys cooking, crafting, traveling, and trying new recipes. He always enjoys chatting about food or swapping travel stories with patients.

Joanne serves as Sweet Spot Dental’s Administrative Assistant and provides excellent customer service to every patient who walks through the doors. She shares how much she loves being part of the Sweet Spot Dental team and appreciates the supportive environment created by Dr. Greenberg and the staff.

Before the pandemic, Joanne spent much of her time volunteering and organizing outreach programs for street children in her hometown, as well as singing at weddings. Since then, she has improved her cooking skills and earned praise from her mom for her Adobo, a traditional Filipino dish. Joanne also has two dogs, three parrots, a sugar glider, and a younger brother, joking that she “basically lives in a zoo.”

As Patient Care Coordinator, Lee strives to ensure that all patients are helped correctly, quickly, and kindly. If anyone has questions or concerns about anything, Lee wants to make sure that those patients get the attention that they need.

Lee has worked as a dental office administrator for 6 years but has thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far! What started as just a way to pay the bills has now become an invested interest in dental administration and organization.

Lee has lived in Massachusetts almost their whole life and even got their Illustration degree from MassArt in Boston. In their down time, Lee plays video games competitively against their partner and read. They also like to take pictures of their cats Bella and Willow-Wisp.

Before joining Sweet Spot Dental, Gladies worked as a customer service representative for a dental insurance company. She believes dentistry is both challenging and fulfilling because it allows people to positively impact patients’ lives every day.

Gladies loves the welcoming and supportive environment at Sweet Spot Dental and appreciates working alongside Dr. Greenberg and the team.

Raised on the island of Mindoro, Gladies grew up surrounded by beautiful beaches and mountains. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places and relaxing at the beach with close friends.

Cynthia has been working as a dental assistant since 2023 and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. She is passionate about continuing to grow her clinical skills and values the opportunity to learn something new every day. She describes dentistry as both rewarding and fast-paced and loves being part of the team at Sweet Spot Dental.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, watching movies, playing video games, reading, and spending time with her cat Bruce.

Alison is Sweet Spot Dental’s experienced Dental Hygienist with 16 years of experience in the field. After completing her training in Montreal, Canada, she practiced in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and later spent more than seven years working in a multi-specialty office in the Cayman Islands.

Now part of the Sweet Spot Dental team in Cambridge, Alison is excited to be closer to family while helping patients improve their dental health. She especially appreciates Dr. Greenberg’s attention to detail and personalized patient care.

In her free time, Alison enjoys cycling, running, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with her rescue cats, Lucas and Chloe. She also loves visiting her family in Nova Scotia during vacations.

Tim has been working in dentistry for 9 years and brings a caring, positive energy to every patient interaction. Aleena – Dental Assistant

She/Her

Aleena is new to the dental field and excited to begin her journey toward becoming a dentist. Before joining Sweet Spot Dental, she studied neuroscience at Dartmouth while also playing soccer. She loves that dentistry combines science, hands-on work, problem solving, and patient care all in one field.

Patrizia brings a strong background in administration and marketing to her role at Sweet Spot Dental. Having previously owned her own small business, she developed valuable skills in organization, customer relations, and strategic marketing.

She believes a supportive work environment is essential for growth, collaboration, and excellent patient care. According to Patrizia, the positive atmosphere at Sweet Spot Dental helps both team members and patients thrive.

Outside the office, Patrizia enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and participating in sports whenever she can.

Efren brings two years of customer service experience and a passion for dentistry to Sweet Spot Dental. He enjoys helping patients feel more confident through their smiles and finds fulfillment in seeing patients leave happy after treatment.
